Times change, and guilds change. Sometimes the moment comes to change the guild's name, using the Guild Banner to confirm your right to manage the guild.

To change the guild name, you need to:

• Purchase a Guild Banner in the web store for 2000 ZZpoints.
• Submit the request on behalf of a guild member of the first rank. Requests on behalf of guild members of the second rank or lower are not considered.
• The request must explicitly state:
  • - email subject: "Guild name change".
  • - the account login and nickname;
  • - the guild name;
  • - the new guild name, which takes effect after maintenance;
  • - confirmation from all guild members of the second rank and confirmation from the guild leader. Confirmation emails are sent to teos.zz.sup@gmail.com;
  • - confirmation that the Banner is in the warehouse of the character managing the guild (the phrase "The Guild Banner is in the warehouse." is enough).

  Important:

  Incorrectly filled requests will not be considered.

• Send the request to teos.zz.sup@gmail.com from the email address the account of the first-rank guild member is registered to.
• Request processing time — 2-3 days from submission.

If all conditions are met, the guild name change is performed within the time stated in the reply from customer support.
