If you made a fateful mistake and chose the wrong character as your main, or your favorite has changed over time, don't despair — purchase a Renewal Scroll.

After that you will be able to choose a main character again. The previous main character's distributed stat points will be reset.

To reset the main character, you need to:

• Purchase a Renewal Scroll in the web store for 3000 ZZpoints.
• Submit a request.
• The request must explicitly state:
  • - email subject: "Main character reset".
  • - the account login;
  • - confirmation that the Renewal Scroll is in the warehouse (the phrase "The Renewal Scroll is in the warehouse." is enough);

  Important:

  Incorrectly filled requests will not be considered.

• Send the request to teos.zz.sup@gmail.com from the email address the user's account is registered to.
• Request processing time — 2-3 days from submission.

If all conditions are met, the main character reset is performed within the time stated in the reply from customer support.
