Sometimes even a strong leader's time comes to retire. Guild members can replace a retired leader and assign the title to another character by handing the Guild Banner to the new leader.

To change the guild leader, you need to:

• Purchase a Guild Banner in the web store for 2000 ZZpoints.
• Submit the request on behalf of a guild member of the first or second rank (if the new guild leader has a lower rank, they should ask a guildmate with the required rank to submit the request). Requests on behalf of guild members of the third rank or lower are not considered.
• The request must explicitly state:
  • - email subject: "Guild leader change".
  • - the account login and nickname;
  • - the guild name;
  • - the name of the character to whom guild leadership is being transferred;
  • - confirmation from all guild members of the second rank and confirmation from the guild leader, if they are an active player. Confirmation emails are sent to teos.zz.sup@gmail.com;
  • - confirmation that the Banner is in the warehouse of the character to whom guild leadership will be transferred (the phrase "The Guild Banner is in the warehouse." is enough).

  Important:

  Incorrectly filled requests will not be considered.

• Send the request to teos.zz.sup@gmail.com from the email address the account of the first- or second-rank guild member is registered to.
• Request processing time — 2-3 days from submission.

If all conditions are met, the guild leader change is performed within the time stated in the reply from customer support.
