The world of Teos is divided into two camps. At the start of your journey you must pick a side, but now everyone has a chance to change their decision.

Terms of the service:

  • All characters on the account change their class and race to the equivalents of the opposite faction.
  • The service applies to all characters on the account, regardless of whether the character is alive or was deleted.
  • The faction change takes 2-3 days from the moment the request is submitted.
  • All items that were in the inventory or equipped on a character will be changed to their equivalents, keeping all stats and inserted crystals (only items belonging to the player take part in the change).
  • All items that were in the inventory or equipped on a character will become non-tradable. Moving them to the personal warehouse will still be possible.

    • UPD:

    Since 06.05.2021, level 61-64 quest gear, commercial items, loot, quest items, pets, costumes, wings and crystals are no longer bound.

  • The characters' rank is preserved, as is everything not specifically noted in this list.
  • A completed faction change cannot be undone. If you want to return to the previous faction, you can use the service again after 10 days.
  • Skill distribution will be reset.
  • Teleport points will be reset.
  • The friends list will be cleared.
  • All active quests will be cancelled.
  • Items in the warehouse, on the auction, in the gifts tab and in the bank will remain unchanged.
  • Customization of weapons and shields in the inventory is reset. This is necessary to avoid compatibility problems between custom models and the attack animations of the other faction's characters.
  • Each request is considered individually. The administration reserves the right to refuse the service.

To change the account's faction, you need to do the following:

  • Purchase a Transformation Scroll in the web store for 6000 ZZpoints.
  • Before submitting the request, free up the 3rd, 4th and 5th inventory tabs.
  • The player must leave the guild with all characters on the account.
  • Submit a request to customer support. It must include:
    • - email subject: "Faction change".
    • - the account login;
    • - confirmation that the Transformation Scroll is in the warehouse (the phrase "The Transformation Scroll is in the warehouse." is enough).
