Bug Bounty program
The project runs a bug bounty program: you can earn a reward for newly discovered bugs and vulnerabilities!
A minor bug that does not affect gameplay (from 100 to 1000 ZZpoints) (submissions temporarily suspended — a new client is in development);- A bug that makes it possible to gain an in-game advantage (from 100 to 15000 ZZpoints);
- A critical vulnerability of the game server, website or infrastructure — hacking, authorization bypass, access to other users' data, a threat to uninterrupted operation (from 2,000 to 20,000 RUB).
Terms:
- Submit a request to customer support — don't forget to include your account login for the reward;
- Attach screenshots or a video showing the problem;
- Describe in detail the circumstances under which the bug occurs, so that an administrator can reproduce the problem for verification.
Important:
- Found a bug — report it immediately and do not use it: exploiting a bug for your own gain is a violation of the project rules with a penalty. The right to a reward is forfeited in that case.
- Do not tell other players about a discovered bug until it is fixed.
- The reward goes to the first person to report it.
- Already known problems and visual errors of the game engine that cannot be fixed are not part of the program.
